IMAP Settings

SMTP Settings

Gmail (Add Account)

1. Gmail → Settings → See all settings → Accounts & Import.
2. Click “Add a mail account” under “Check mail from other accounts”.
3. Enter your @kag.my email → choose IMAP.
4. Use IMAP Host + Port above, then save.
5. For sending, add SMTP with the settings above.

Outlook (Add Account)

1. Outlook → File → Add Account.
2. Enter your @kag.my email → Advanced options → Let me set up.
3. Select IMAP and use the settings above.
4. SMTP: host + port 587 (STARTTLS).

Apple Mail

1. Mail → Add Account → Other Mail Account.
2. Name, email, password → Sign In.
3. Use IMAP host/port 993 and SMTP host/port 587.

Thunderbird / Others

1. Add Mail Account.
2. Choose IMAP and enter the settings above.
3. Authentication: Normal password.
